We need to raise at least £9,500 in total to make the minimum donation to the fund.

What is in it for you as a corporate sponsor?

Although the current economic climate is tough, we aim to make any donation you can make work for you. The following guide is what we suggest we can do in return for sponsorship – however, we are also open to any suggestions or propositions that you might want to put forwards to us.


£9,500 – Exclusive corporate sponsor

  • Your logo and information about your company on www.thewhiteleyclinic.co.uk and whole network of Whiteley Clinic websites for 12 months, linked through to your website (1.2 million unique visitors over the last 12 months)
  • Your logo and information about your company on www.absoluteaesthetics.co.uk and whole network of Absolute Aesthetic websites for 12 months, linked through to your website (400,000 unique visitors over the last 12 months)
  • Your logo and information about your company on www.rt-design.co.uk for 12 months)
  • Your logo and recognition as exclusive corporate sponsor on www.india-2010.co.uk, our fundraising website
  • Your logo exclusively on our clothes to be visible on all photos and publicity
  • Your company to be recognized in all of our talks, press-releases and publicity
  • Mark Whiteley and Graham Smith will make themselves available to talk about the trip if required
  • Invitation for up to 16 to the post trip party to be arranged for February 2010 at which your company will have exclusive rights to have your logo on all literature and exclusively only your marketing material at the party

Failing to find one exclusive sponsor, the following packages would be available:


£3,000 – Gold corporate sponsor (3 maximum)

  • Your logo on our clothes to be visible on all photos and publicity

  • Invitation for 8 to the post trip party to be arranged for February 2010 at which your company will have rights to have your logo on all literature and your marketing material at the party


£1,000 – Silver corporate sponsor

Please note the arrangement for handling the funds raised. Money raised in support of this event is being sent to the event organisers, Enduro India, after equipment or other costs related to the event have been paid. Enduro India will then release the charity monies after the cost of the event has been deducted. However, a minimum of £1,500 is guaranteed to go to charity for each entrant taking part.
